DetailsBurgess Hill u3a are very pleased to announce the details of a new event, a History Study Day which will take place at St Wilfrid's Hall, Station Road on Thursday 16 July. This is in conjunction with BH Heritage and History Association 10.30 Doors open. Disabled access is at the lower entrance.11.00 Gordon Parry speaks re "Railway Developments" followed by questions and answers.12.00- 1.30 Lunch break- please bring your own food. Hot drinks available. There will be films running and they hope to have some interesting items from BH Historical and Heritage Association on exhibit.1.30 Geoffrey Mead speaks about "Development of Roads and Highways", then questions and answers.2.30 Close. Refreshments available.
